Kawasaki Palastics Co. has been producing high quality kitchen goods since 1951. We visited the Kawasaki Plastics plant in late 2018 and were extremely impressed with the quality craftmanship.
The model MI-008 mill is lacquerware of the finest craftsmanship. As this is hand-made with natural wood, no two mills are exactly alike. The natural-wood grip has a rounded shape that fits well in the hand and is easy to hold.
Features high-quality conical ceramic burrs which will never rust, stay sharp for years and are very easy to clean. They also allow for a consistent flavour no matter what you are grinding.
The grind size is easily adjusted allowing for super fine to coarse grinds with fast results.
