If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Email us at sales@kitchenvirtue.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Yes. We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, and we import our Japanese lines directly from the makers. Full manufacturer warranties apply.
