This Imperia Pasta Machine is the original way of producing fantastic homemade pasta. The machine consists of two rollers that can be gradually adjusted, rolling the pasta into thinner sheets as the handle is turned. Once the correct thickness has been achieved, simply feed the pasta through the spaghetti or tagliatelle cutter and that is it!

Set includes the machine, table clamp, handle and full instructions. Additional attachments are also available for making a variety of different pasta dishes. We would advise that this item is simply wiped clean before being stored. Do not submerge in water.

I received the Imperia Pasta Machine 5 days after I ordered it.....well before I was expecting it! I have made pasta twice since receiving it and my family now refuses to eat boxed pasta! The machine is everything I anticipated it to be and more. Very simple to use, and as a newbie to home-made pasta who was quite nervous about what the pasta would look like or taste like, I was pleasantly surprised (and so excited) about the results! Made me feel like a pro. The accompanying instructions were not very helpful, but there are plenty of valuable and helpful youtube clips to learn how to use it properly. I would highly recommend this Pasta Maker!
