Their story →A full-size cheese slicer for every kind of cheese, from young to aged, about 21 cm long. It cuts even slices for sandwiches and boards and works on cucumber, carrot and other hard vegetables too. The diamond pattern on the blade lets slices glide off the steel.
Monaco+ is made entirely of stainless steel, handle and blade alike, for a clean, modern look on the table. Across the knives and blade slicers, a waffle or diamond pattern and a non-stick treatment help cheese release from the steel rather than cling to it. Boska is a family company from Bodegraven in the Netherlands, started by Willem Bos in 1896 and now in its fourth generation.
Use & care: Monaco+ is dishwasher safe; for the best shine, take it out at the end of the cycle and towel dry, or wash by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse soon after use so cheese does not dry into the pattern on the blade. If water spots appear, a wipe with a soft cloth and a little white vinegar brings the steel back.
