    I have read a lot of reviews on this item before I bought it, it does make beautiful cheese faster and easier then cheese cloth, I bought two of them mainly due to the fact that if you fill it full you do have to empty it when its only half way drained, they could have made the box a bit bigger to hold more liquid but outside of that its fine.
    As for anyone who says about the screen rusting, you just have to take care of it and you will be fine, once you use it clean it, Dry it right away and put it away and you will be fine. And fine mesh screen like this will rust if not taken care of items like this have to be dried after washing, if you air dry it you will get rust forming.
    I am very happy with the product.
