From the maker
Fired by Emile Henry in Marcigny, France. Six generations of Burgundy clay since 1850.
Their story →An oil cruet holding 0.4 L, with an anti-drip pourer that stays clean pour after pour. The ceramic keeps light away from the oil, which helps a good olive oil keep its flavour for longer. At 24 cm tall, in a deep green Cedar glaze, it is handsome enough to live beside the stove or go to the table.
Emile Henry has worked clay in Burgundy, France, since 1850. Its kitchen pieces are made from HR® ceramic, a dense, high-resistance ceramic that stands up to everyday knocks, finished in a lead-, cadmium- and nickel-free glaze that keeps its colour through the dishwasher and years of daily use.
Use & care: dishwasher safe. Between refills, wash it out with warm soapy water and let it dry completely inside before adding fresh oil, so no water is left to cloud the new bottle.
