This Global 11 slot stainless steel knife holder has slots for 10 knives and one Global diamond or ceramic honing rod. The stainless steel exterior is rust-resistant and the knife slots are polypropylene in order to prevent the slots from dulling the edges of your Global knives. Global has made this block with a similar appearance to their striking and unique stainless steel knives. This block also has a vertical stripe of dots that mimic the dot pattern on the handles of Global knives.
