Use it flat to prep pans for deglazing or angled to whisk together ingredients for gravy, custards or eggs. The angled head reaches into the edges of pots and pans to keep things moving and prevent overheating. The long handle allows you to work comfortably even in high-walled pans, while the soft, non-slip grip absorbs pressure so your hands don't get tired. The solid stainless steel wires prevent sticking and are ideal for deglazing pans with less effort.
