SCANPAN CTX 3.5L Ceramic Titanium Covered Dutch Oven

This Scanpan CTX 20cm Dutch Oven with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminum and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. Perfect for casseroles, stews, and roasts. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this Dutch oven is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260 °C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact, Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need to add oil or fat for flavoring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. The stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. The two riveted handles transfer very little heat and the stylish steel lid with its glass center is also oven proof to 260°C. Designed and manufactured in Denmark this 20cm casserole has a capacity of 3.5L, a height of approximately 12cm (without lid) and a base diameter of 16.2cm. Handwash recommended.
