    The Wusthof 7 inch cheese knife is designed to slice through soft and firm cheeses alike. The blade has an acid-etching which helps to prevent cheese from sticking to the blade. An offset handle keeps your knuckles from hitting the cutting surface as you cut. The blade is long enough that you can actually slice through a moderately sized cheese wheel. Razor sharp, the stamped knife is laser cut then honed for optimal sharpness. As with all Wusthof German-made knives, this offset cheese knife features a lifetime Wusthof warranty.
