Their story →The Wusthof Partner 3.5-inch Paring Knife is the small knife you reach for constantly: peeling, trimming, hulling strawberries, and any close work where control matters more than length. The short, precisely ground blade moves easily in the hand, on or off the cutting board.
Like every knife in the series, it is forged from a single piece of X50CrMoV15 high carbon stainless steel, hardened to 58 on the Rockwell scale, and finished with a half bolster so the entire edge can be sharpened. The full tang runs the length of the durable synthetic handle for balance and stability. Each knife passes through roughly 50 production steps and 20 quality checks in Solingen, Germany, and carries Wusthof's lifetime warranty.
