ā€ØLaunched in July 2019 ,Ā TSUBAMEƗACTIONSĀ is a group of food craftsmen from different industries, including "agriculture" which produces ingredients, "industry" which makes tools, and "commerce" which uses them to cook food. The group aims to develop Tsubame's food culture through various activities, uniting the hearts of food craftsmen from different industries. Based on the daily collaboration of its members, the group is expanding the possibilities of "food" expressed by Tsubame, such as matching Tsubame's ingredients and cooking tools, developing menus, and exhibiting at events.

2019Ā (Reiwa 1)

Jointly developed "Ā Flavor TunerĀ ," a new tool for enjoying beer, with Innovar Japan Co., Ltd.

the industry's first "TeborashiĀ " cleaning brush and "Ā Somen Tebo," an ultra-fine mesh noodle brush for somenĀ noodles.

Glass Kyu-su," a tea vessel that suggests free ways to enjoy tea, with Itoen Co., Ltd. and VISION GLASS JP. Madoromu Sakeware was adopted at the G7 Niigata Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting. Used

as a sakeware for toasting at dinners hosted by the Japanese government, and presented as a commemorative gift to leaders of each country.
