āØLaunched in July 2019 ,Ā TSUBAMEĆACTIONSĀ is a group of food craftsmen from different industries, including "agriculture" which produces ingredients, "industry" which makes tools, and "commerce" which uses them to cook food. The group aims to develop Tsubame's food culture through various activities, uniting the hearts of food craftsmen from different industries. Based on the daily collaboration of its members, the group is expanding the possibilities of "food" expressed by Tsubame, such as matching Tsubame's ingredients and cooking tools, developing menus, and exhibiting at events.
