Their story →We found Shinkoshi Works Three-Snow (1963) at a tradeshow in Tsubame Sanjo in Niigata, Japan. They make high-quality tools for commercial kitchens with a focus on wire mesh products.
The Three Snow Rugged Strainers use strong 18-8 stainless steel wire mesh to achive incredible strength compared to conventional cheap strainers. They feature a simple shape and integrally molded legs which are easy to wash and keep clean.
Since there is no external reinforcing wire, there is no need to worry about breaking of reinforcing wire or of the mesh at the joint.
