Every Ankarsrum attachment is made to fit the Assistent Original stand mixer, which has been built by hand in Sweden since 1940. Each one fits straight onto the machine, so one mixer can knead, whisk, slice, blend, juice and churn, and every new piece adds a job to the kitchen without adding another appliance to the counter.
Use & care: wash the parts by hand in warm soapy water and dry them straight away, which Ankarsrum notes is gentler on its accessories than the dishwasher. Rinse the blender jug and citrus press soon after use so pulp does not dry on, and clean the cutter drums with a soft brush.
