An ice cream maker for classic vanilla, fruit sorbets, frozen yoghurt and nice cream made at home. Freeze the bowl for 20 to 24 hours, pour in the base, and the paddle churns it smooth on the mixer. A lid for the freezer bowl comes in the box along with the paddle and a spatula, so any leftovers go straight back into the freezer in the bowl they were made in.
Every Ankarsrum attachment is made to fit the Assistent Original stand mixer, which has been built by hand in Sweden since 1940. Each one fits straight onto the machine, so one mixer can knead, whisk, slice, blend, juice and churn, and every new piece adds a job to the kitchen without adding another appliance to the counter.
Use & care: wash the freezer bowl, lid, paddle and spatula by hand in lukewarm soapy water once the bowl has come up to room temperature, then dry everything completely before the bowl goes back in the freezer. Keeping the dry bowl in the freezer means it is always ready for the next batch.
