The three stage system upgrades traditional twenty degree factory edges of household knives to a fifteen degree Trizor XV edge that improves portion control and helps create an attractive presentation. Or sharpen and hone knives that already posses a fifteen degree angle.
The thinner the edge the less effort it takes to cut and the easier the knife is to control.
Approximately 1 minute for first time sharpening. Resharpening is approximately 10 seconds.
