Traditional all-stainless steel kitchen knives are butt-welded between the blade and handle components which may wear or break down over time. The N.Cutlery Demon Killer line features a full blade and tang integrated into a monocoque structure that forms a hollow cavity in the center of the handle. This makes for a well balanced cutting experience and an extremely reliable structure.
Additionally, because the handle is integrated the Demon Killer line is extremely hygienic in use and cleaning.
The Demon Killer Damascus series uses Yasuki Specialty Steel (GIN-3) which provides an excellent HRC59 hardness and great edge retention. N.Cutlery staffs professional artisans who carefully sharpen each individual knife until they have a perfect cutting edge.
