Everything is 18-8 stainless steel, built from heavier wire than ordinary housewares so it holds its shape under daily use. Forming wire mesh leaves short loose strands at fixed points; Three Snow removes every one by hand, one piece at a time, so nothing can break off into food.
Use & care: Dishwasher safe. The polypropylene handle is heat resistant to 110°C, so don't rest it on the edge of a hot pan or near a flame.
