Three Snow (Shinkoshi Works, founded 1963) has made wire and wire mesh tools for professional kitchens in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, for more than sixty years. The wires and handle are 18-8 stainless steel, built from heavier wire than ordinary housewares so it holds its shape under daily use.
Use & care: Hand wash only; Three Snow advise against the dishwasher for this whisk. Wash soon after use, rinse well between the handle coils, and dry fully before storing. Keep it away from open flame.
