Their story →A tealight fondue set for cheese, sized for dinner for six or a snack for twelve. The pot takes up to 1.2 kg of cheese fondue, and because it is ceramic you can melt the cheese first on a gas stovetop, in the oven or in the microwave, then set it on the base to keep warm. It makes a relaxed centrepiece for a winter evening with friends.
The Twinkle set pairs a ceramic pot with a base of oak and glass, warmed by tealights instead of liquid fuel, so the cheese stays gently melted at the table. The pot holds up to 1.6 L, and four fondue forks with oak handles complete the set. Boska is a family company from Bodegraven in the Netherlands, started by Willem Bos in 1896 and now in its fourth generation.
Use & care: let the pot cool before washing it. The ceramic pot is dishwasher safe; wash the forks and the oak and glass base by hand and dry them straight away. If cheese has set on the bottom of the pot, fill it with warm water and let it soak before washing. Blow out the tealights once the meal is done.
