Easy to cut through sandwiches down onto the board, also good for tomatoes, courgettes and othe hard skinned vegetables. from Global with a fluted edge. The fluted edge, also known as a Granton edge creates air pockets between the blade and food stoping vegetables and meat from "sticking" to the blade.
