The Wusthof Wide 10ā Diamond Knife Sharpener has been constructed with a special diamond ingrained stainless steel rod that precisely grinds knife blades to a keen edge. The width of the sharpening rod is ideal for large-blade knives, such as a chefās knife or carving knife. A molded synthetic handle lends durable control and maneuverability to each and every stroke, while a stainless steel ring affixed to the handle lets you easily store the sharpener on a hook or retrieve it from a knife-block.
